we use KVM Virtualization exclusively for our VPS/VDS servers

Shared hosting is exactly as it sounds—shared. This means your server and its resources are used by many different accounts. While this is great for a single small website, shared hosting often falls short in terms of speed and security. A Virtual Private Server (VPS) offers resources that are dedicated exclusively to you. Additionally, since your virtual instance is not shared with any other accounts, you don’t have to worry about the security risks inherent to shared hosting.

For security reasons, the outgoing TCP ports (25, 587, 465) and the UDP port (5060) have been blocked by default for all VPS to prevent spam activities. These can be opened on request by our support team.
VPS (Virtual Private Server) and VDS (Virtual Dedicated Server) are often used interchangeably to refer to virtual servers. However, if a virtual server is implied as a shared server, the difference becomes clear: a dedicated server is used exclusively by you, whereas a shared server is accessible by multiple third parties.
