How Invoices Are Generated
Colonelserver uses a recurring invoice system based on your account billing cycle. The billing date is automatically set when your account is created and remains fixed for the lifetime of the account.
Each invoice includes:
- Charges for active services during the billing period
- Any new orders or renewals created since the previous invoice
- Applied credits or adjustments, if any
- Payments already made within the billing cycle
Invoices are generated electronically and become available in your client area as soon as they are issued. This applies to all services, including plans like VPS Pays-Bas and other infrastructure solutions.
Billing Date and Payment Window
The billing date cannot be manually changed. Cependant, invoices provide a payment window that allows sufficient time to complete the transaction before any service interruption occurs.
To avoid service suspension, ensure that the invoice is paid within the allowed timeframe using one of the supported payment methods. Payments made before the due date are automatically applied to the corresponding invoice.
Viewing and Downloading Invoices
All invoices are stored digitally and can be accessed at any time from the client area. From there, tu peux:
- View current and past invoices
- Download invoices in PDF format
- Print invoices for bookkeeping or tax records

Paper Invoices
Colonelserver does not issue or send paper invoices by mail. All billing documentation is managed electronically to ensure accuracy, availability, et efficacité. Clients who require a physical copy may download and print invoices directly from their account dashboard.
