Backup and portability considerations

Regularly exporting contacts provides an extra layer of protection and simplifies migration between mail services. For accounts with larger mail data sets or frequent migrations, infrastructure such as cloud servers can offer greater flexibility. Enhanced mail management and filtering solutions like Experts en matière de spam can also be used alongside Roundcube to improve overall email handling.
