cPanel provides tools to create, modify, and remove email accounts associated with your domains. Each account can be accessed through webmail or a desktop email client, with controls for passwords, storage quotas, and delivery restrictions.
Creating an email account
- Log in to your cPanel account.
- Ouvrez le Outils page.

- Select the target domain from the Domaine menu.
- Enter the mailbox name in the Username champ.
- Choose a password option and set or generate a strong password.

- Enable automatic folder creation for plus addressing if required.
- Optionally send a welcome message with client configuration details.
- Faire un clic Create to finish.

Modifying an email account
Account settings can be updated at any time.
- Log in to cPanel and open Email Accounts.
- Find the mailbox and click Manage.
- Utiliser Check Email to open webmail if needed.
- Sous Sécurité, set a new password.
- Sous Stockage, adjust the allocated quota.
- Sous Restrictions, enable or disable incoming mail, outgoing mail, or logins.
- Update plus addressing preferences if required.
- Faire un clic Update Email Settings.

Deleting an email account
Removing a mailbox permanently deletes all messages associated with it.
- Log in to cPanel and open Email Accounts.
- Locate the mailbox and click Manage.
- Scroll to Delete Email Account.

Download any messages you need to keep before deletion, as recovery is not possible after removal.
