Managing email accounts in Plesk allows you to create mailboxes, update passwords and quotas, and remove accounts that are no longer needed. Each mailbox can be accessed through webmail or standard email clients.
This workflow is commonly used on environments managed through Plesk-hosting where email services are controlled at the domain level.

Email account administration is typically required when:

Praktische opmerkingen

- Gebruik sterk, unique passwords for each mailbox
- Remove unused accounts to reduce security risks
For better inbox quality and protection against unwanted messages, email accounts are often used together with Spam -experts. This setup scales well on mail systems running on cloud-servers where multiple domains and users are hosted.
