Accessing Your Account in the Client Area
The Client Area is the central dashboard where you manage all Colonelserver products and services. From this panel, you can view active services, manage billing details, update account information, and access support resources.
This guide explains how to create an account, log in, reset your password, and log out securely.
Creating a Client Area Account
If you do not yet have a Client Area account, you must register before you can manage services.
Follow these steps to create your account:
- Open your web browser and visit the Colonelserver Client Area.
- On the login page, select the option to create a new account.
- Complete the registration form with your contact details and login credentials.
- Submit the form to finish the registration process.
After registration, your account will be ready to use and linked to your services and orders.
Logging In to the Client Area
Once your account is created, logging in is straightforward.
To log in:
- Go to the Client Area login page.
- Enter the email address associated with your account.
- Enter your password.
- Click the login button to access your dashboard.
After logging in, you can manage hosting services, review invoices, and check available options such as supported Payment Methods.
Resetting Your Password
If you forget your password, you can reset it securely using the password recovery feature.
To reset your password:
- Visit the Client Area login page.
- Select the option for password recovery.
- Enter the email address linked to your account.
- Follow the instructions sent to your email inbox to set a new password.
For security reasons, password reset links are time limited and should be used promptly.
Logging Out of the Client Area
Logging out is recommended whenever you finish managing your account, especially on shared or public devices.
To log out:
- Click your account icon in the top right corner of the Client Area.
- Select the logout option from the menu.
This ensures your session is closed securely.
