cPanel allows you to control which system notifications are sent to your email address. AutoSSL notifications inform you about certificate issuance, renewal, and potential problems. These settings can be adjusted directly from the cPanel interface.

Accessing Contact Information settings

AutoSSL notification preferences are managed from the Contact Information section in cPanel.

  1. Log in to your cPanel account.
  2. Open the Tools page.
  3. In the Preferences section, select Contact Information.

  2. Ensure your contact email address is correct and reachable.
  3. Click Save to apply the changes.

The new settings take effect immediately and will be used for future AutoSSL-related events.
